The Project Fundraiser responsibilities include executing important and rigorous fundraising task to assist with the rehabbing and development of our 21 Unit Apartment building that will be developed into a beneficial housing for the public. Task will be undertaken from the core of the organization and stand on behalf of the same. Fundraising ideas may consist of crowdfunding, vehicle auctioning, golf events and various donation solicitation methods.

Key responsibilities:

  • Organizing as many unpaid workers as possible who are willing and applying the provisions of the events and benefiting the organization.
  • Ensuring that the events organized by him or her bring a lot of appreciation to the organization
  • Designing programs and strategies to organize huge events that are beneficial
  • Interacting with and meeting the leading contributors and requesting them to be a part of the events
  • Attempting to take in leading contributors and benefactors to come up with huge amounts of money
  • Getting the payment extract into his organization and influencing the gifts in one way or the other
  • Making sure that the customers and associates receive all the data regarding different events that were organized and the services that were executed
  • Observing the frontal table methods and systems to make sure that they agree to all the protection plans, strategies and methods as per the needs of the clients
  • Aiding the associates in analyzing cost procedures and planning and programming all the services
  • Interacting very politely with the customers on phones and upholding decent relations with them to ensure profitability and benefits to his organization
  • Updating himself with the area kinds and service publicities of the fundraising events and helping the individuals with visitor verifications as per the needed methods and active policies
  • Observing and upholding the current and active booking systematizations and making himself familiar with it
  • Ensuring that the aims and targets of the events are achieved
  • Coming up with effective and functional monetary funds for his entire organization
  • Facilitating the extra finances to achieve the monetary fund needs and organizing many other events continuously to gather funds for the cause
  • Collaborating with the chairman or administrator of the organization to execute some other tasks, which need their help

Qualifications and Skills Required

Their expertise over such issues for the past few years in a company would again be considered quality and bonus to the organization. Alongside these qualifications and experience of some years, they need to have good information in administrating and upholding skills. They also need to acquire good interacting, discussing and persuasive skills. Apart from all these, they must be creative and should take the first step towards holding and running fiscal monetary fund events. They should have patience that would certainly help him in documenting requests in many pages for grants. Finally, they should be quite observant and a go-getter.

Working Conditions

The Project fundraiser will work from home. They must have a computer with internet access and phone.

As well as to partner with communities, employers, employees and job seekers to educate, employ and train while managing the process through our Public Employment Tracking System (PETS) software to build a solid Michigan working economy. While in the process of contributing to Michigan’s economy we will also provide focus to areas such as the rebuilding, improving and maintaining neglected and or damaged communities through various projects.
