Script & Story Board - "How To" Video about Non-Verbal Communication

We need your creative, script-writing and story-board forming skills!
We want to produce a 1-2 minute "refresher" video for our volunteers about non-verbal communication skills they just learned at our "How to talk to the homeless" training event. We have someone to film and edit, but we need a script and story-board.
We can provide the content, but it would be a huge plus to find someone who has prior knowledge of non-verbal communication skills so they can truely communicate the content well.
Help us package our idea into a filmable clip!
Ideally, someone would begin work on this right away and have it completed by the 25th of August.
It might be live action or a series of photos or graphics - what do you think is best?

Babysteps uses a relational approach to solve homelessness. Our first step is not usually to meet physical needs. It’s to be friends. To understand. To just be. Homeless men and women are people, just like you. Isolation and feeling ignored are two of the worst things for anyone to experience. They crush the spirit. Demoralize the soul. Harden the heart. And homeless people live with them every day. This is their single greatest need, and no amount of free food will meet it.
