NYC: Digital Marketing Strategy Expert for Small Business

Digital Marketing experts needed to help low-income, low-wealth, and entrepreneurs of color build and sustain their small businesses.

We are seeking volunteers with experience in Digital Marketing to help our entrepreneurs formalize a a digital marketing plan with measurable goals for improving visibility and generating new customers or teach a group of entrepreneurs the basics, considerations and best practices for developing and executing their digital marketing plan.

We offer three types of volunteer opportunities for Digital Marketing volunteers:

• Project-based (limited in scope)
• Work one-on-one with an entrepreneur in helping them develop a digital marketing strategy and plan. Engagements are based around our digital marketing guideline document to help move the conversation and give entrepreneurs concrete information to move forward with.
  Time Commitment: These projects are flexible to your schedule and can range from a few hours to a few days depending on the level of need identified. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of professional experience.
• One Day Engagement (known as Consultations)
• Coordinate a virtual "Volunteer Day" where we book a group of entrepreneurs according to a schedule that you select in advance. Consultations are based around our online advertising guideline document to help move the conversation and give entrepreneurs concrete information to move forward with.
  Time Commitment: These can range from 3 hours to a full 8 hour day, depending on your availability. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of professional experience and be able to take on at least 3 consultations per day, potentially a few times throughout the year.
• Teach a Bootcamp (group session)
  Connect with a group of entrepreneurs to educate and help guide them in developing their own online advertising plan.
  Time Commitment: These interactions are generally 45-90 minutes depending on the amount of content, and flexible and to your schedule. Ideal candidates will have at least 3 years of professional experience.
