CERT is provided Free Of Charge to anyone who participates.
This class is 24 hours of training in personal and family preparedness, team organization, disaster psychology, disaster medical operations (no medical training required), light search and rescue, fire safety, and recognizing possible terrorism. Upon completion, you will receive a free backpack with preparedness tools.
We will meet every Tuesday and Thursday From August 15th to September 7th, 6:30pm to 9:30pm at Second Baptist Church in Angleton.

Description
Homeland Preparedness Project trains citizens to prepare for, respond to, and recover from emergencies and other disasters.
Through programs like Citizen Corp, HPP facilitates volunteer opportunities for individuals who want to become involved in Emergency Management.
