The second annual Wilder Block Party happens Saturday, August 12 from 11:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. on the Wilder grounds, located steps away from the Green Line. Last year's party serving up food, games, activities, and entertainment was a great success.
We are seeking approximately 80 volunteers for a variety of positions. There will be two volunteer shifts:
10:30 a.m. - 1:30 p.m.
1:00 - 4:00 p.m.
This year's event promises even more family-fun! Volunteers work 3-hour shifts for any of these positions:
Greeters - Welcoming attendees and providing a map of the grounds
Registration - Checking in volunteers, providing Wilder t-shirts, and directing them to their area
General Event Volunteers - Assisting with games and activities for kids, keeping the food tent clean
Floating Volunteers - Walking party grounds answering questions
Stage Hands - Checking in entertainment, directing them to VIP tent
Find the area that interests you the most and sign-up for a fun-filled day. Volunteers receive T-shirts, snacks, and bottled-water to keep cool.
