Our free clinics are changing over to a new electronic medical record system (EMR) and we need your help!
Volunteer needed to do data entry 2 to 4 hours per week.
Tasks involve matching patient records from old EMR with patient charts in new EMR.
Download patient clinical files.
Group and consolidate patient reports
Upload patient reports into new EMR
Need good computer skills and attention to detail. Familiarity with EMR systems a plus but not required.

Description
Americares Free Clinics are at the heart of a caring community, bringing together skilled volunteers and donated services to our neighbors in need. We partner with local hospitals and Quest Diagnostics for donated lab and diagnostic testing. We also work with a network of volunteer physicians, nurses, EMTs, and interpreters who donate their time. Since 1994, our clinics in Norwalk, Danbury, Bridgeport, and Stamford have provided health care valued at $141 million to more than 28,000 patients.
