Our Front Desk Volunteers are the first point of contact for our Veterans coming to the Center. Our services range from providing a safe space for our homeless Veterans to hang out and get a meal or for any Veteran to meet with our service officers for financial assistance thru the Vet Fund or for help filing a VA claim. The duties are varied and range from answering the phones to serving lunches to filling orders for clothing or personal necessities. You must be comfortable working with the public and flexible as the demands of the position change daily. We ask that you are able to commit to working the same shift, the same day each week. We are looking for dependability and a long term commitment. Training is provided. Our Center is open Mon-Fri 9:00 to 4:00.
