We are looking for people interested in writing grants, helping maintain our website, social media posts, working with our client advisors, marketing/fundraising efforts, assist shoppers with furniture/accessories selection in our Thrift Store, helppeople dropping off donations (Saturdays only) or help with fundraising events. Some of these tasks can be done right from your home.
Other in-person opportunities are available. The Food Pantry is open Tuesdays from 1-4 pm and Saturdays from 9 am-noon, currently on a drive-through basis. Other mornings, volunteers help pick up food at local supermarkets or unload the food truck at the Center. The Thrift Store is open 1-4 pm on Thursdays and from 9 am - 1 pm on Saturdays. Donations are accepted only on Saturdays from 1-3 pm. Other times during the week are available for volunteers to help prepare items for sale.
If you can give us a few hours a week, or a few hours a month, all is appreciated to help area needy. Come and join us help improve lives...and make new friends!
