18601 North Creek Drive, Tinley Park, IL 60477, US

Mission Statement

At all Providence locations, through all Providence services, we all have opportunities to fulfill the Providence mission "to enhance the lives of those we serve in the name of Jesus Christ."

Description

Providence Hospice ministers to people's physical, social, emotional, and spiritual needs on hospice care. In the face of a six month prognosis, Providence Hospice focuses on caring rather than curing, on preparation rather than prevention.
