Education, Travel & Culture (ETC) is a non-profit organization providing inbound and outbound international exchange opportunities for over 400 high school students each year from over 15 different countries. Since 1998 ETC has maintained an outstanding reputation for providing personal attention and service throughout the entire process. Join our team and work with the most amazing students from around the world!

ETC’s volunteer Marketing/PR Assistant must have a love for writing and a comprehensive understanding of our audience. You will be responsible for writing interesting and engaging articles geared for a specific audience and produce original, relevant and timely topics. You may also be asked to post to social media, research applicable topics and assist with creating presentations and marketing videos. Our goal is to generate and share content regularly that builds meaningful connections.

QUALIFICATIONS

Social networking experience and social analytics tools knowledge

Knowledge of web design, web development, CRO and SEO preferred

Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills

Proficient in grammar and punctuation

Must be creative and able to come up with relevant, interesting topics

Ability to know the audience’s needs wants and problems and able to address them successfully

Have a professional, consistent, and sometimes witty writing style that encourages followers to share on social media and elsewhere
