Would you recommend Education Travel & Culture?

by Heather G. (November 25, 2013)
There is no better way to learn a culture and a way of the people than to be thrown in and immersed as deeply as possible. Growing up and spending most of my teen and adult life in San Jose, I can say I have seen all that it has to offer and it's surrounding areas. I am outgoing and love making new friends. I would love nothing more than to introduce locations and activities that enhance a students understanding of different cultures. Volunteering is new for me but I figure that it's never too late to start. Looking to become involved in anyway that I can help others see the beauty our American life has to offer.

Have watched my daughters family host exchange students from this company for over 4 years and it has been so much fun to share the American 'way' with these kids. And my grandkids have absolutely blossomed into caring young people with mature social skills. I highly recommend you at least once become a volunteer host family---it is super fun to share our Holidays with them. And this company does 'all the work' for you like getting them registered etc.
