We need photographers!

Site Stewards will select a local park and photograph a particular scene or feature in parks around the Reno, Sparks, and Washoe County area. The park you photograph is up to you!

The Volunteers will revisit the park four-five times per year and recreate the exact same photo each season or spectacular event. Volunteers will submit their photo's to our website, where a TMPF team member will upload them to our Rephotography Contemporary slide shows!

Over time (say ten years), these photo slide shows will become a log of the park's changes over a given period and will be quite interesting to look through. We suggest taking photos of landmarks, special park features, flora, and locations prone to erosion.

These photos document the long term seasonal changes of our parks. Hours are acquired by the volunteer, each photo is worth 1hr. Volunteer dates, times, and locations are determined by the volunteer.

Sign-up today and improve your photography skills while also helping us track the environmental changes in our parks!
