Executive Committee Member Openings Available:

One Bread Foundation, Inc. We are a Christian Non-Profit organization focused on Human Trafficking issues.
Specifically, we are focused on raising funds for rehabilitation of children rescued from sex trafficking.

Currently, we are seeking a new member(s) to join our Board of Directors.

HIGH-LEVEL COMMITMENT SUMMARY Attendance at Monthly Board Meetings. Every other month we meet in-person and the alternating dates will be conference calls. As a general rule, meetings are held on the 2nd Wednesday of each month.


PREREQUISITE TO BOARD APPOINTMENT We wish to ensure that every Board Member appointment is successful.

Service on a Committee should be a minimum of six (6) to twelve (12) months, prior the Candidate’s nomination. This allows the candidate and our organization an opportunity to determine if we are a good fit for each other.

EXECUTIVE COMMITTEE MEMBER OPENINGS/OPPORTUNITIES:
1) Nominating Committee

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Board Recruitment / Succession Planning
  • Member Onboarding / Mentoring
  • Professional Development / Committee Assignments

2) Fund Development Committee

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement Individual Giving Relationships
  • Develop and implement Corporate Giving Relationships
  • Fundraising Events to meet the operational budgets

3) Finance Committee

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Provide financial oversight on behalf of One Bread Foundation, Inc. and the Board of Directors
  • Review and approval of the annual budget
  • Ensure that the fiduciary responsibilities of OBF and the Board of Directors are met. This includes, but is not limited to Contract Reviews, and an annual third-party audit, as required

• PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Ensure adoption of best practices regarding Accountability of Board Members, Financial Reporting and Record Management
  • Succession Planning
