Our board members serve, guide and lead the Habitat staff on our mission to eliminate substandard housing in Kootenai County. Our members represent a variety of professional fields, including real estate, accounting, education, banking, marketing and so many others. Most importantly, they’ve chosen to use their experience to build homes, communities and hope for our neighbors.
Seeking to put God's love into action, Habitat for Humanity brings people together to build homes, communities, and hope.
HfHNI is part of a global, nonprofit housing organization operated on Christian principles that seeks to put God's love into action by building homes, communities, and hope. As a Christian ministry our primary outreach is to eliminate substandard housing locally and worldwide through constructing, rehabilitating and preserving homes; by advocating for fair and just housing policies; and by providing training and access to resources to help families improve their shelter conditions.
