MeoowzResQ NEEDS MORE CAT LOVERS! Cats are being surrendered in great numbers! We rescue many cats...but need more foster families!
The older cats we rescue are SO SWEET and just need a chance!! Many are surrendered because of their family losing their home or moving, their owners dying, and other heartbreaking situations which necessitate re-homing.
We need fosters that are willing to keep one or more adult cats until they are adopted. This can take anywhere from 2 weeks to several months.
All cats are well behaved and litterbox trained. Supplies are provided so there is no expense to you! Your part is to give safety, patience, and most importantly, love. Everyone is qualified to give love!
You must be able to transport the cat(s) to and from one of our weekend adoption events (whichever is closest to you). If the kitty doesn't get adopted, you must be able to pick up them from the adoption event. Or...be willing to allow potential adopters to come to your home to meet the kitty. We’ll teach you how to complete the adoption paperwork. It’s easy!!
Supplies are provided. Prior to adoption, our cats are vaccinated, de-wormed, flea treated and spayed or neutered. We take care of all of this!

Description
We are an all-volunteer, not for profit organization rescuing cats and kittens in the Southern California area.
Our kittens are hand raised in private homes and many are bottle fed babies. They are sweet and people oriented because they are cared for by foster mom's who are dedicated to raising and finding good homes for these abused, injured, or abandoned cats.
Our kitties come from folks who have rescued them from the fires, found them on airplanes, in big trucks delivering to warehouses and many that can't be cared for by the local animal control.
