ORGANIZATION: Project for Pride in Living (PPL)

Do you rise and shine early? Would you like to support success in employment and professional development of teens from families with low incomes?

STEP-UP is an award-winning summer City of Minneapolis youth employment program providing first jobs and training for over 800 Minneapolis teens. Youth in the Discover cohort work for nonprofit organizations and receive employment readiness training from PPL's Employment Training staff.

PPL is hosting a series of STEP-UP Professional Development Days for youth to explore a variety of jobs and career fields. Help us make the event a success by welcoming and registering youth as they arrive for the day. Choose one or more days to help:

  • Monday, July 10th, 8-10:15 am
  • Thursday, July 13th, 8-10:15 am
