This opportunity is for a volunteer Admin Assistant. This will involve helping with client intake. The following are some of the main duties of the position.
Help with answering the phones and door
Scheduling clients for skills training at NSEC
data entry of clients names in a spread sheet
The person should be comfortable working in an inner city setting. Customer service skills are necessary to greet and interact with people on a professional level. The Assistant should be comfortable working with little supervision.
