Community Enrichment Fitness Network will be hosting an event for seniors and health care vendors interesed in empowering themselves to live a healthy lifestyle. With an enphasison promoting self healing and prevention of chronic degenerate diseases.
Volunteers are needed to assist welcoming and registering the seniors, distributing box lunches, encourgaging them to participate in some of the activites, and helping wherever needed. An urgent need for a volunteer to assist with recruiting seniors and writing letters to prospective sponsors, and with providing other administrative duties is needed immediately related support one or two days per week.

Description
The Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN) is a grass-root, non-profit organization that educates the community on developing and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits through exercise and healthy eating. Nutritional experts educate attendees of the program on making the right eating choices and stress the importance of water in daily life. Various activities are then used as an example of fun ways to stay active, including our infamous line dances.
