Description
The Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN) is a grass-roots, non-profit organization dedicated to empowering older adults to make permanent healthy lifestyle changes through healthy eating habits and becoming more physically active. This aim is accomplished through our nutrition programs, annual gala fundraisers, health and wellness fairs, and special events.
