Description

The Community Enrichment Fitness Network (CEFN) is a grass-root, non-profit organization that educates the community on developing and maintaining healthy lifestyle habits through exercise and healthy eating. Nutritional experts educate attendees of the program on making the right eating choices and stress the importance of water in daily life. Various activities are then used as an example of fun ways to stay active, including our infamous line dances.
