Volunteer Driver with truck needed!
ORGANIZATION: Building Opportunities for Self-Sufficiency
Please visit the new page to apply.
Do you have a flat bed truck and are willing to help a local nonprofit pick up donations?
Help a local nonprofit maximize available donations!!!
BOSS is frequently offered donations of furniture or other large items that we have no way to pick up, so unless the donor can deliver them we sometimes have to turn them down. However, we especially need furniture, both for our shelter and housing programs (which experience heavy use 365 days a year and periodically need replacing!) or for people into our programs who are moving into new housing!
We would love your help picking up and delivering donated furniture to those in need or to BOSS programs in the East Bay!
The hours for this role are flexible, we would work around your availability.
Requirements: Release of liability form, license information and insurance.
