COVID-19 has impacted many small businesses. Having a strong brand identity including a logo is essential for them to better attract customers and drive sales during this challenging time. However, many entrepreneurs don’t have the budget, time or skills needed to design a logo that reflects their brand identity.
That’s where you come in! Our logo design project is the perfect opportunity if you are looking to volunteer your time and talent and help an entrepreneur designing a logo for their business.
Are you a good fit? This virtual volunteer opportunity is for you if you have at least 3 years of professional experience in logo design and are located in the United States.
What will you be doing? Once approved as a volunteer, you will access the list of logo design projects currently available and will be able to filter by business location (e.g. New York, Bay area) and industry. You will then connect one-on-one with an entrepreneur and assist them in designing a logo for their business.
What is the time commitment? The project typically lasts between 30 and 45 days, depending on your availability. This includes some preparation and design time (flexible to your schedule) and interactions with the entrepreneur (via email, phone or video conferencing). This is a limited-scope opportunity with a clear deliverable at the end of the project.
Do we provide resources to get started? We provide information about the entrepreneur’s business and website needs, and, If available, a design brief from the entrepreneur with input on their brand colors, fonts, and other relevant information about their business.
