We are currently seeking a CPA Volunteer to help us out in our Billing Department. This person must be a certified CPA and have an understanding of non-profit organizations and their accounting procedures. We are a 501 (c) 3 non profit dedicated to inspiring and nourishing children with cancer through the therapeutic form of the arts.

This CPA must be available at most 6 hours per week, majority of work is done through out interns but we want to make sure they are also receiving a learning experience and continuing to follow NYS guidelines and regulations for the organization. The CPA will be offering financial advice, audit accounts and provide info about the financial records. Reviewing the information and relating back to interns/volunteers. We would like a better understanding of the accounting procedures of the organization and be able to work with you outside of that as well.
