Responsibilities Maintain professional relationships with donors and sponsors Lead and develop outreach campaign strategies to ensure a consistent brand image. Our focus is to provide children, ages 4-18 who are patients or survivors of juvenile cancer, the opportunity to explore their artistic passions and give them the strength to fight their disease. We believe that artistic expression is critical for healing! A Free Bird supports children affected by cancer in their exploration of art, music, acting, poetry, writing, singing, and any other artistic passion they may have. We are looking for a highly talented and experienced Game Designer/Level Designer to work out of an art educational mobile game for the children to learn all kinds of arts. Responsibilities: Produce new and innovative features from beginning to end. Able to discuss among the team to create specific technical and aesthetic guidelines to game assets. Help writing C Sharps scripts, improve and perfect shader, texture, and lighting. Abstract, preserve and generate detailed game design documentation throughout the project series. Assist with the elimination of daily problematic and production issues. Requirements: 3D modeling, texturing, UV Editing, lighting, and rendering. Knowledge of Maya or 3ds Max, Unity, Visual Studio, and Adobe Creative Cloud. C Sharp is highly required. Previous game design experience is ideal. It would be ideal if the candidate has experience with general 3D and Animation skills. Due to the recent outbreak of COVID-19 and its severity, this will be a remote work from home position. The Manager of Digital Fundraising supports A Free Bird by educating and directing the fundraising programs volunteers. You will be in direct communication with Human Resources and the president on a weekly basis. This role consists of assisting the Finance Manager with all billing responsibilities. Specifically, you will assess department funding needs to build forecasts for quarterly and annual budgets. It is expected that you track and record the status of all organizational contributions and spending in a timely manner. By understanding every aspect of A Free Bird’s operations, you will analyze the activity of each department to achieve optimal resource allocation. It will also be critical to document and update all nonprofit operational billing standards. Responsibilities Work directly with the Business and Operations department on building quarterly and annual budgets. Monitor the drafting and finalization of bills, accuracy of billing and payment information, and invoice maintenance. Communicate across all departments to maintain monthly statements and balances. Prepare monthly billing statements for the entire organization. Identify and resolve invoice disputes and errors. Qualifications 1-2+ years of experience in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
