With Prom season upon us, we love to create a truly unique "shopping" experience for our wonderful friends at CCRI! Our Pop-Up Prom Shop allows us to give our clients the VIP treatment as they "shop" for the perfect evening attire for their big night.

Our clients adore the Prom Shop and our fantastic volunteers make this experience a reality for them! Our volunteer seamstresses help our shoppers with simple alterations, like hemming dresses or pants, to make sure they are confident and comfortable for their big night!

Description

CCRI is a Moorhead-based nonprofit organization that began in 1977 when a group of parents wanted more for their children than institutionalized care. What started as one home serving eight people with disabilities in a community-based setting has grown into an agency serving more than 400 people through a variety of person-centered programs. CCRI empowers those with disabilities to:

  • Live more independently.
  • Build life skills.
  • Participate more in the community.
  • Have new experiences.
  • Reach their full potential.

From 24-hour in-home support to rehabilitative mental health care, our services are as unique as each of the people we serve.
