Under the direction of EOB’s Associate Director, the Marketing & Communications Specialist will:

• Generate and maintain the social media calendar for the marketing and communications team, researching relevant dates & sourcing appropriate photographs and hashtags to post in conjunction with important dates.
• Perform comprehensive market research pertaining to proposed and/or upcoming existing EOB campaigns.
• Develop relevant, impactful, graphic representations of EOB marketing campaigns for use on social media and elsewhere.
• When called upon to fill in for regular social media volunteers, be prepared to generate impactful postings for each of EOB’s existing social media platforms, Facebook, Instagram, and Twitter.
• Be available to attend occasional important events such as fundraisers, community gatherings, and EOB birthday parties for the purpose of effectively "covering" these live for EOB’s social media platforms.
• Function as an integral, core team member on EOB Marketing/Social Media related committees and work teams, as assigned by the Executive Director and Associate Director.
• Other duties as assigned.
