Join the Art Center, the Library, and the Palo Alto Children's Theater at the second annual Buoyancy Festival, a free teen art and music festival held at Mitchell Park. The festival will feature live bands, art and wellness tents, an art gallery, tie dye, carnival rides, and food trucks. This event is presented by the City of Palo Alto with the support of the Teen Arts Council and Art Center Teen Leadership, with ideas generated by our teen leaders!

We need up to 10 adult (18 and up) volunteers to assist with art activities, check in, rides, and general set up and take down. Volunteer shifts are 3:30-6:30 pm and 6:30-9:30 pm.

Please email Palo Alto Art Center's Director of Volunteer Engagement, Grace Pegan Abusharkh, at grace.abusharkh@cityofpaloalto.org for more information. Thank you!
