Support Our Mexican Fiesta Event at Ellington Elementary

THINK Together's program at Ellington Elementary will be hosting a Mexican Fiesta Event to celebrate the end of the school year. This event will be held on June 5th, but volunteers would be able to support with the set-up/creation of decorations before this date.

Volunteers will help coordinate the special end of the year event for Ellington Elementary families, students and friends and Think Together HUB staff. They will help decorate, assist with the event, and create crafts for June 5th. Hanging up balloons , banners, set up tables , decorate. In the end enjoy the event while it’s running and be available for assistance needed fro m program leaders and site coordinator.

THINK Together ( THINKtogether.org), is a non-profit organization and is one of the largest providers of quality academically - focused after school programs in California; serving more than 100,000 at risk students every school day at 450+ sites throughout Los Angeles, Orange, Riverside, and San Bernardino Counties. Each afternoon, students participate in academic enrichment with an emphasis on improving language arts and math skills; receive homework assistance; and take part in dynamic physical activity combined with nutrition education. In partnership with schools, parents and the communities we server, we provide a fun and safe place for students to learn and grow. We strive to help students close the academic achievement gap, build confidence and prepare for the future.
