ESC is currently recruiting leaders with Project Management experience, including 20 years of professional experience. You will be screened for your listening and communication skills, ability to provide analysis and critical thinking; flexibility and openness to learning; writing, presentation and technical skills; and your sense of empathy and respect.
ESC's consulting experts participate in a curriculum of training that allows each volunteer to understand the nonprofit sector and deliver the solutions essential for nonprofit success. Orientation and training are mandatory and provided by ESC. Ongoing workshops keep you current.
Have a meaningful impact in your community - engage your experience as an ESC consultant, coach or mentor to nonprofits. Use your lifelong skills and talents to help our nonprofit clients succeed.
