Title: Development Assistant
Reports to: Development Director
Reporting to and in partnership with the Development Director, the role of the Development Assistant is to complete all administrative aspects of development activities.
- Process donations and prepare acknowledgement letters and other correspondence.
- Maintain foundation, corporation and individual donor files.
Conduct preliminary research on prospective corporate foundation and individual donors.
Assists in solicitation drives for pledges of ongoing support from corporations and foundations.
Coordinate productions and mailing of annual and year-end appeal letters.
Other Assigned Duties:
Attend and participate in all staff meetings
Aid in social media outreach
