Description

Brighter Tanzania Foundation is a registered 501(c)(3) non-profit dedicated to the development and success of educational centers in Tanzania. Our schools provide education for orphaned and impoverished students at no charge through charitable donations and student sponsorship.

I served as their Development Director for over a year and it was a great opportunity to expand my skills & get practical experience. It also looks nice on my resume! :) It's a small organization where your time can really make a difference. I'm still on their board as a volunteer. :)

I have been volunteering with Brighter Tanzania Foundation since it was formed in 2014. BTF is completely volunteer-run, and we're all here because we want to make a difference in the lives of children. I have really enjoyed watching this organization grow (and helping!) over the past few years.

They do good work but seem in their volunteer management, disorganized.
