Lifetime Connections Without Walls (LCWW) is a telephone-based socialization service for homebound or isolated older adults. We are looking for a volunteer who is interested in hosting a special Art class session. Volunteer would need a background in art techniques and teaching. We are able to provide a stipend for the service and include supplies. Sessions would be 1 hour and can occur once a month or more for a 4 month period depending on volunteer's interest.
This is a remote volunteering activity and faciliation can take place from your home or work. All that is required is an internet connection and phone line. Background check is requried (TX ID needed) Training and support inlucded.

Family Eldercare is a nonprofit agency that has been providing services to older adults, people with disabilities, and their caregivers in the Austin, Texas area since 1982. Programs and services include: housing and stability, in-home counseling, guardianship, virtual activities for isolated older adults, service coordination, and our annual summer fan drive.
