About

Position Title: Operations Assistant

Outline of Responsibilities:

The main responsibility of Operations Assistants is to support the activities of the operations team by achieving the following:

  • Assist with incoming and outgoing shipping activities for Little Free Library Library book exchanges and products

  • Assemble Little Free Library products and promotional items such as bundles of books, steward packets, and Action Book Club welcome packets

  • Data entry

  • General operations and organization duties as needed

Location: Must be local as this opportunity takes place at the Little Free Library office located in Hudson, WI.

Time Commitment: 1-5 hours/week based on volunteer agreement. Days/times are flexible with volunteer’s schedule.

Qualifications Needed:

  • Ability to lift 30lbs

  • Responsible and dependable

  • Creative problem-solver

  • Fun, good sense of humor
