Mosaic in Rockford is looking for some interns for our Case Managers. Currently we have four case managers who are ready and avialable to recieve an intern. The job would consist of shadowing the case manager, sitting in on annual and semi annual reviews, and also documentation of the information recieved at these meetings. Internship is really geared to Bacehlors and Masters students who are looking for hours to complete their degree. We also need the intern to have consistent transportaton and also consistent hours for the week while they are working with Mosaic.

Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.
Mosaic, as Bethphage, began providing a full array of services for adults with disabilities in the Rockford area in April 2002. We currently operate 13 24-hour residential homes, two host homes and intermittent services to 83 people with intellectual disabilities.
