Embracing God’s call to serve in the world, Mosaic advocates for people with intellectual disabilities and provides opportunities for them to enjoy a full life.

Description

Mosaic provides a life of possibilities for people with intellectual disabilities. We help people define their own happiness. We support them and empower the pursuit of their goals. We celebrate their successes, even if that success is as simple as the pursuit itself.

Mosaic, as Bethphage, began providing a full array of services for adults with disabilities in the Rockford area in April 2002. We currently operate 13 24-hour residential homes, two host homes and intermittent services to 83 people with intellectual disabilities.
