Mission: To enhance the worldwide image ofNew York City and enrich theNew York experience by connecting visitors with knowledgeable and enthusiastic volunteers.
Activities: These volunteers are mainly responsible for matching our Volunteer Greeters with visitors from all over theUnited States and the world. In addition, they follow up with confirmations and troubleshoot any problems that might occur.
Qualifications: Coordinator must be intelligent, articulate, detail-oriented and a quick learner. Must also be comfortable talking on the telephone and be able to juggle and complete several tasks throughout the day when needed. Basic computer skills required.
