31St Annual BIKE MS: It's More Than A Ride

ORGANIZATION: National MS Society - Arizona & New Mexico

Would you be interested in sharing a few hours of your time to support a very worthwhile cause, National Multiple Sclerosis Society, Arizona? We are getting ready to host the 31 st Annual Bike MS Arizona on March 25-26, beginning at McDowell Mtn Regional Park, and are hoping that we can count on you to volunteer with us. It is a fun-filled weekend, with riders arriving on Friday evening and staying through Sunday. We need hundreds of volunteers and have many opportunities available. Food and refreshments will be provided to all volunteers. Volunteer shift times:

Friday, March 24

Noon to 4 pm (Help with event Set-up)

3 pm to 7 pm ( Assist with Participants Parking)

4 pm to 8 pm (Registration; Information; Food/Beverage)

Saturday, March 25

5 am to 8 am (Set-up; Parking; Registration, Food/Beverage)

10 am to 3 pm (Information; Food/Beverage)

3 pm to 8 pm (Information; Food/Beverage)

Cheerleader Shifts: 6:30 am-8 am; 9 am-2 pm; 2 pm-6 pm

Sunday, March 26

5 am to 8 am (Parking; Check-in; Food/Beverage)

10 am to 2 pm (Information; Food/Beverage)

1 pm to 5 pm (Breakdown Crew)

Cheerleader Shifts: 6:30 am-8:30 am; 9 am-1 pm

To use our on-line registration: www.bikeMSArizona.org click on Register, then register as a Volunteer, following the prompts to complete your registration. You may skip the prompt for a fundraising goal, it is not necessary to establish a fundraising goal as a volunteer. If you like, you can also register a group of volunteers which could include friends, family, co-workers or any organizations you belong to.
