The Larimer Humane Society is looking for an outgoing volunteer to teach humane education to children in our community. Must have a passion for public speaking and children, and a commitment to animal welfare. Previous teaching experience is beneficial, but not necessary. Volunteers will be trained and oriented, and will have the opportunity to shadow a staff member on 3-5 presentations to start. This is a great opportunity to engage with kids, and ensure a good life for animals!

Description
The Retired & Senior Volunteer Program (RSVP) of Volunteers of America provides volunteer opportunities for individuals 55 years and older to use their skills, insight and lifetime experiences to assist residents and non-profit agencies in the county. RSVP also offers a variety of programs which provide services and enhance the quality of life for seniors.
