ORGANIZATION: United Way of Greater Cincinnati

UWGC is looking for a volunteer to assist with creating a database using Google forms & sheets for the Walnut Hills Job Bank - an initiative of the Walnut Hills Redevelopment Foundation, Mercy Neighborhood Ministries, and local businesses to match job openings with Walnut Hills candidates. The volunteer help take the Walnut Hills Job Bank digital by developing Google forms that allow local employers to submit information when there is a job opening and allow Mercy Neighborhood Ministries and other workforce partners to submit contact information on residents seeking employment along with information on their interest and skills. The volunteer will also help develop a process to match the information from the job openings to potential candidates.

This volunteer opportunity can be completed outside of business hours although an initial conference call or meeting will be necessary.

Skills - Familiar with Google forms, sheets and add-ons. It would be helpful if the volunteer was familiar with WordPress (as we are going to house the employer form on WH Redevelopment Foundation’s website), strong communication skills
