Come help Seniors maintain an active lifestyle through basic fitness routines and chair exercises while having fun!
We are looking for an assistant fitness instructor to help lead a fitness class for seniors. The person fit for this position does not need any prior teaching experience. They would only need the desire and passion to help others.
All volunteers from 16 years of age and older are welcome!
