MUSICLife Program - Day Care Provider Needed!

Save to Favorites

ORGANIZATION: Lifeline Community Services

  • 4 people are interested

North County Lifeline has launched a brand new program called MUSICLife! This is a ten-week program in which Lifeline clients meet every Thursday night from 4 pm - 7 pm at the Museum of Making Music in Carlsbad. With the help of a grammy-winning musician, they learn how to play instruments and read music and at the end of the ten weeks, a band is formed!

WHY WE NEED YOU! Clients will be bringing along their children so our primary focus is to find an individual who is first aid/cpr certified to provide care while their parents are in their session! If you are not first aid/cpr certified, please still let us know if you are interested because we need YOU, too! You will be with a licensed day care professional every week.

The age range of children are 9 months to 7 years old and there will be an average of 4 - 7 children at each session. Primary responsibilities will include:

  • Preparing snacks
  • Feeding the younger children/babies
  • Playing with the kids

Please contact our Volunteer Program department at 760-842-6273/ joreilly@nclifeline.org with any questions you may have. This position is so important to the success of the program so please consider supporting Lifeline for this 10 week time frame! Thank you!
