The 24th annual San Diego Latino Film Festival is looking for amazing, motivated, and self-starting volunteers to join the Talent Relations Team! You would be dealing with high-wattage talent from both Mexico and the United States-- great opportunity for anyone hoping to get into the entertainment industry, hospitality industry, or for anyone who likes being in a fast-paced learning environment.
We are looking for Talent Relations volunteers and volunteer Talent Drivers!
As a Talent Relations volunteer you would be assisting with office task such requesting restaurant donations, sending invitation letters, responding e-mails, itinerary typing, logistics, and other similar tasks. During the festival, our talent relations interns, get the amazing opportunity to meet and greet our incoming talent, take them to their auditorium, dinner/lunch, and any other events scheduled in their itinerary.
As a volunteer Talent Driver, you would be responsible for driving our talent to events, screenings, lunch/dinner, and their hotel. Volunteers must own a well maintained reliable car and a valid driver's license.
We are looking for personable and dependable interns who will be respectful of talent privacy and has previous festival experience with some background in PR, event management, marketing, or the entertainment industry.

MACSD has been changing lives through film and technology for the past 25 years. Some of the key programs and services of Media Arts Center San Diego include: Youth Media/Education Programs (i.e. Teen Producers Project, Youth Media & Tech Camps, etc.). Exhibition (i.e. Annual San Diego Latino Film Festival, Monthly Cinema en tu Idioma Series, Digital Gym CINEMA North Park, Que Viva Cine Latino, etc.). Community Production (i.e. Video Production Services, Speak City Heights, Fiscal Sponsorship, Frontera Filmmakers, etc.).
