Lead the Junior Achievement(JA) Economics for Success program with 8th graders at Christ the King in Pleasant Hill! This program consists of 6, one-hour a week visits. Volunteer will lead financial literacy, budgeting, and future planning activities with the students. The teacher is always in the classroom. Volunteers will complete a one hour training with JA staff and receive a teaching guide and all necessary materials for the activities. Volunteers from any career path are welcome! Minimum of one volunteer. Two spouses, colleagues, or friends may co-teach together or split the 6 visit commitment. Looking to start in early March.
