A LEGACY Left Behind, Inc. has launched a new program to connect, support, and empower college women in the DC Metro Area who have experienced the death of a family member or friend. Our organization is currently recruiting college ambassadors at Howard University to assist with programs, promotions, and membership recruitment.

Mission Statement
To provide grief support and mentoring services to young women who have experienced the loss of a loved one.
Description
Our vision is to educate young women about the causes, warning signs, and dangers of grief that often leads to silent suffering.
The participants also learn ways to get help and cope with emotional and mental challenges that come with this epidemic.
