Our website for Mountain Art and Craft Celebration is https://www.mountainartandcraftcelebration.com
We promote this event to raise money for the park and it is our biggest fund raiser.
We use Formidable and Gravity Forms. If you have expertise with these it would be outstanding.
Click on the Registration tab to see what I have started. My desire is a person provides basic information and uploads 4 photos and for food vendors one proof of insurance document.
Then I would like a select group of people to be able to locate in and see the photos and document and rate the submission from 1 to 5 (have a space for them to leave comments).
If the owner of the photos is rated 3 (1 to 5 scale) or above their status is changed to "Accepted" and they are sent an email.
Once they pay the fee for a space (and are accepted) they are changed to "Paid".
Other possible statuses would be "Declined", Withdrew", Waiting List"

Description
Friends of Cloudland Canyon State Park, a chapter of Friends of Georgia State Parks and Historic Sites, is a group of local volunteers who work to support Cloudland Canyon State Park in numerous ways. Our volunteers often help out with special events, improvement projects and maintenance tasks at the park. Through partnerships with local business and community leaders, we help fund site improvements, maintenance needs and interpretive programming.
