The TAG Quarterly Magazine Associate oversees the magazine submission process, and is responsible for ensuring all content is received on time. The associate may also be responsible for various editing, design, marketing, and scheduling duties as it relates to publication of the TAG Quarterly magazine.

If interested, this position presents opportunities to learn social media marketing, publishing, layout and editing skills, and the opportunity to connect and network with high-profile leaders in the field of arts education.

Primary duties:

  • Contacting Quarterly contributors to ensure timely delivery of articles and materials for upcoming issues.

  • Contacting contributors post-publication to encourage sharing and promotion of content.

  • Tracking Quarterly read/download stats and reporting to Membership Director on Quarterly performance.

We are looking for someone to serve up to 5 hours per week, for a period of six-months minimum. Hours vary from week to week (most weeks will be less than 2 hours, but the weeks just before and after publication will likely involve 5 hours.) This can be a remote position.
