Junior Achievement
Let Their Success Be Your Inspiration!

Make an exciting difference in the future of Austin area Elementary Kinder thru 5th grade students by teaching them foundational skills for economic success! You can inspire young people to experience the realities and opportunities of their communities and beyond through Junior Achievement (JA). JA is the nonprofit leader in providing innovative entrepreneurship, financial literacy and work-readiness education to students all over the country! JA needs volunteers to share experiences with students and help them gain a better understanding of what it takes to succeed in the world of work.

JA in a Day programs are delivered for Elementary level students within a single school day between 7:30am and 2:30pm. Total time commitment is typically 4-5 hours for training and preparation plus 4-5 hours to deliver the curriculum. JA will provide all classroom materials and training. Our curriculum has been developed to teach students through experiential learning.
