We, in partnership with the community, provide a comfortable and caring home-away-from-home that supports keeping families together and reduces stress during a child’s serious illness.
Position Summary
School Lunch Aide is responsible for providing Ronald McDonald House School students with supervision and healthy, nutritious meals.
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing & serving food to students
- School lunch clean up
- Recess supervision
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Required
- Ability to organize time and work independently, follow directions and complete tasks in an effective manner.
- Ability to manage students including discipline, etc.
- Skill in coordinating tasks and projects.

Description
We provide a warm and welcoming community of support and respite for families with seriously-ill or injured children. Across our five locations, we welcome 76 families each night for overnight services, as well as hundreds of day-visitors. Services include:
- Lodging
- Meals
- Kitchen access and fully-stocked pantries
- Laundry facilities
- An accredited K-12 school
- Workout facilities
- Supportive, family-focused programming
We take care of all these things so families can focus on the well-being of their child.
