Are you interested in building meaningful relationships while building up your resume? Are you dedicated to advancing youth development and serving as a mentor to our amazing students?

Sounds like Kid Power is the organization for you!

Created in 2002, Kid Power has been a leading force in Washington, DC for providing enriching after-school and summer programs for underserved youth in public elementary and middle schools. Our programs inspire leadership, academics, civics, and health to over 425 students. This past year we were named "one of the best small charities" in the region by the Catalogue for Philanthropy, and we could use your help to keep it up!

We’re currently looking for:

  • Tutors

  • Teachers’ helpers

  • Activity leaders (art, sports, etc.)
