Spanish, Farsi, or Any Foreign Languages Volunteers to Help Patients at End of Life - Bay Area
4 people are interested
Bridge Hospice is currently looking for Spanish, Farsi, Thai, Russian, Italian or any other foreign language volunteers to provide companionship to our hospice patients in the Santa Clara and Alameda counties.
Some of our hospice patients need volunteers who they can share and connect with in their native language. As a Bridge Hospice Volunteer, you can make a difference in the life of someone who needs your gift of speech to communicate their needs.
Spending time with our patients once or twice a week, sharing stories and providing a warm friendly visit can make all the difference in his/her life. It's a wonderful way to honor those in need of companionship and a way to give back to your community.
Please contact the Director, Volunteer Services, Cyndee Kang firstname.lastname@example.org for more information.
We'll work with your schedule.
