About

Hope Xchange Nonprofit is dedicated to reducing suicide in our high-risk populations, our youth, LGBQT and bipolar communities, and to improving mental health outcomes for our most vulnerable and socially isolated.

We accomplish our mission by developing innovative, early intervention programs to reach those who are struggling with a mental illness wherever and whenever they need us most and by rebuilding our communities on a foundation of caring and resilience.

We are seeking experienced grant writers who too believe that suicide prevention is everyone's responsibility and who are willing to share their time and grant writing expertise with us.
